Having attended many yoga sessions, I can confidently say that Helena’s expertise makes this one of the best I’ve experienced. Helena also offers yoga sessions at MADE Wellness Centre.
Participants should bring their own mat and blanket, and, weather permitting, sessions are held outdoors in the beautiful courtyard.

MADE Wellness Centre, located within the grounds of Modershall Oaks Country Spa Retreat, offers a variety of yoga classes as well as being one of the top spa retreats in Staffordshire. You can pay as you go for just £8.50 per session, sign up for a class-only membership, or purchase a 10-class bundle to save 20%.
They also offer rejuvenating yoga spa day retreats, starting at £105 per person. These blissful retreats combine healthy food, relaxing spa treatments, energising yoga, and mindful meditation, all set in a tranquil countryside location. All levels welcome.

Although technically in the neighbouring West Midlands, Aldridge is historically part of Staffordshire, and it’s home to a superb yoga experience that we had to include. Aldridge SUP School offers Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga on Saturdays from 10-11am, in partnership with Love Yoga by Arabella.
This unique class combines the calming benefits of yoga with the challenge of balancing on a paddleboard, set on peaceful waters. It’s an ideal way to unwind, connect with nature, and improve both your yoga practice and core strength.
The class is open to all levels, and the price for non-members is £20, while Aldridge SUP School members pay just £15. All necessary equipment, including SUP boards, buoyancy aids, and wetsuits for colder days, are provided, ensuring you can focus entirely on your practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for a fun, unique twist on traditional yoga in Staffordshire’s beautiful surroundings.

Pillaton Hall Farm in Staffordshire, one of our favourite campsites for paddleboarding, now offers a unique fitness experience with Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) HIT sessions. These high-intensity training classes are a fun and challenging twist on traditional fitness routines, taking place on a paddleboard for 30 minutes of full-body exercise.
It’s not your typical relaxing yoga class; SUP HIT combines cardio, strength training, and balance, making it an exciting workout for those looking to push their limits. Just be prepared to get wet as you work through the exercises!
The sessions are open to all fitness levels, with a focus on ensuring everyone has a great time. Available for those 14 and over, the price is £15.00 per person, plus booking fee, for each session. If you’re looking for something active and different, this is a must-try experience at one of Staffordshire’s most scenic locations.
