The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe at the Regent Theatre

Join Lucy, Edmund, Susan and Peter Pevensie as they are evacuated from their London home during World Ward II and sent to live in a house in the Country with Professor Kirke and Mrs Macready. The story follows as the siblings enter through a wardrobe in the spare room, and they enter the magical land of Narnia, a world frozen in eternal Winter and ruled by the White Witch.

The four siblings meet new friends including Mr Tumnus, Mr Beaver, Mrs Beaver and Aslan, they face danger, and learn lessons of courage, sacrifice, temptation and the power of love.

The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe on stage

I was so excited about watching this production, it is a childhood favourite of mine and I couldn’t wait to watch it with my daughter. I wasn’t disappointed. It was absolutely incredible! The visual effects, the transitions, the choreography, the costumes, were all absolutely amazing. The cast were sensational and they all played the characters perfectly. I absolutely loved the White Witch, played by Ffion Haf, she was icy, intimidating and well… mesmerising. The aerial scene with the White witch was also incredible.

Aslan was played by Stanton Wright and he was everything you imagine Aslan the lion to be..wise, majestic and powerful.
