Here are some of the incredible Staffordshire firework displays held around November 5th to help you to celebrate Bonfire night in style! Alton Towers Fireworks Display

If you are local to Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire you will already be familiar with the incredible Alton Towers Firework displays. So get ready to be dazzled as Alton Towers Resort holds the ultimate end-of-season celebration!

Every year, Alton Towers Resort welcome families and thrill seekers of all ages to our spectacular fireworks. It is hosted on the closest weekend in November, and runs over three days. The fireworks offer a final chance to enjoy the record breaking rollercoasters and rides before the close of season. Plus Alton Towers is open late for the fireworks so you can experience the rollercoaster in the dark!

Staffordshire Fireworks Extravaganza

The Staffordshire Fireworks Extravaganza is back again for 2025. This event sells out every year and tickets are available online (no tickets on the gate). Expect fireworks, food, entertainment and a funfair.

Parking is free. Gates open at 4:00 pm, fireworks at 7:00 pm, event ends at 9:00 pm 

Uttoxeter Lions Bonfire & Fireworks

Expect a bonfire and fireworks and various food and drink stalls. There is a children’s Firework Display at 18.50, and the main Fireworks Display Starts at 19:30.

Gates open at 6 pm, children’s firework display 6:50pm, bonfire lit at 7:30pm, main display at 7:30 PM. 

Advance purchase of tickets is recommended; £6 single entry and £20 for family ticket, (plus booking fee) under 4s free.

Cannock’s Annual Bonfire & Firework Display

Expect a bonfire, fireworks, giant funfair, licensed bar and refreshments.

Tickets and further details have not yet been released, but gates will open at 5pm.

Lyme Valley Firework display

The Lyme Valley Firework Display in Newcastle-under-Lyme is a much-loved local event, usually featuring a funfair alongside the fireworks. Dates and details for 2025 haven’t yet been confirmed, but it’s one to watch if you’re local and looking for a family-friendly firework display.

Weston ParkBonfire & Fireworks Night

Although just over the border in Shropshire, Weston Park’s Bonfire and Fireworks Night is close enough to deserve a mention. Set within the historic parkland, this is one of the region’s biggest celebrations, featuring a huge bonfire, two spectacular firework displays, a traditional funfair, and plenty of street food and stalls.

Gates open at 3:00 pm, the bonfire will be lit at 5:00 pm, with the first fireworks at 6:00 pm and a second display at 7:30 pm.

Betley Bonfire and Fireworks

Another event just across the county border, but well worth including, is the Betley Bonfire and Fireworks. Held at Betley Court Farm, this long-running celebration is home to one of the largest bonfires in the country, drawing visitors from near and far. Alongside the towering bonfire, families can enjoy a spectacular firework display, food stalls, and a welcoming community atmosphere.

Gates open at 4:00 pm, the bonfire will be lit at 6:00 pm, and the main firework display begins at around 8:00 pm. Parking is free.
